In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active account on asa36, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. asa36 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Individuals who are under any legal disability, court-imposed restriction, or guardianship order are not eligible to register.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded individual on any responsible gaming register or under any self-exclusion agreement with asa36.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person when registering an account or placing wagers. Each account must represent one unique natural person.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of asa36, or of any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of asa36 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each Member may hold only one (1) active account on asa36 at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. asa36 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify asa36 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

asa36 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to close any account that was opened in breach of these Terms & Conditions or on the basis of false or misleading information.

asa36 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as a condition of processing withdrawal requests and as an ongoing compliance measure. By registering an account, you consent to asa36 requesting and reviewing documentation for the purpose of verifying your identity, age, and payment methods.

Verification documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card — KTP, or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address (bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within the past three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account such as GoPay, OVO, or DANA, or bank account details matching BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri records on file).
• Any additional documentation that asa36 reasonably determines to be necessary for compliance purposes.

asa36 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 calendar days of the request may result in account suspension.

All deposits to asa36 accounts are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). asa36 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. asa36 does not impose deposit processing fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes, you should contact asa36 support with your transaction reference number for investigation.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts held by friends, family members, or business associates — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund of the relevant funds.

asa36 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits, introduce or remove payment method options, and adjust processing times by updating these Terms & Conditions with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja: Typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours during business hours (WIB).
• BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer): Typically within 1 to 6 hours, subject to interbank clearing schedules. Processing may take longer during Indonesian public holidays.

Withdrawal requests are processed during asa36 operational hours. Requests submitted outside of operational windows will be queued and processed at the next available opportunity. asa36 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank network issues, or Force Majeure events.

Only the real-money portion of your balance is available for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Winnings generated entirely from Bonus Funds may be subject to withdrawal caps as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

asa36 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, and those specific terms are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms:

• Each Member is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion. Unused Bonus Funds that expire will be removed from your account balance without compensation.
• asa36 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. This right shall not affect bonuses that have already been credited and accepted by a Member in good faith prior to the amendment.
• The use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage strategies, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to meeting all applicable wagering requirements.

Members must at all times conduct themselves in a manner consistent with fair play and the integrity of the gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Any form of cheating, collusion with other players, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities.
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with any game or betting market on the platform.
• Placing wagers in a manner designed to guarantee profit by exploiting promotional offers, odds differentials, or platform mechanics in bad faith (commonly referred to as "arbing" or "matched betting abuse").

asa36 reserves the right to void any wager, withhold winnings, and suspend or close any account where prohibited conduct is identified. Decisions regarding voided wagers are final and are made at asa36's sole reasonable discretion.

In respect of sportsbook markets — including football (judi bola, the popular term for sports betting in Indonesia), BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and all other offered markets — asa36 follows standard international sportsbook settlement rules. Wagers are settled based on official results at the time of final whistle or event conclusion. In-play markets are subject to additional rules available within the sportsbook interface.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the prior written consent of asa36.

Game content supplied by third-party providers such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Spribe, and Microgaming remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is licensed to asa36 for use on the platform. Members may not copy, record, stream, or redistribute any such content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, asa36 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. asa36 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform.

asa36 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any financial loss arising directly or indirectly from participation in games or sports betting on the platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Platform unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party network failures, or Force Majeure events.
• Errors or delays in payment processing caused by third-party banks or e-wallet providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, GoPay, OVO, DANA, or ShopeePay.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes asa36's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

asa36 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole reasonable discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Member or their payment provider.
• A determination that the Member does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Member, asa36 reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Member's own request (and no breach is involved), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

asa36 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

In summary, asa36 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of a personalised gaming experience. asa36 does not sell or rent Member personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with trusted service providers who process it on asa36's behalf and who are contractually bound to handle it with equivalent standards of care.

Members have the right to request access to, correction of, and in certain circumstances deletion of their personal data held by asa36. Such requests should be directed to our support team at [email protected].

asa36 is operated as an internationally licensed gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which asa36 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

asa36 does not hold or claim endorsement from any Indonesian government regulatory body. Members accessing the platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with Indonesian law as applicable to them. asa36 makes no representation that the platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction outside its licensed territory.

asa36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, asa36 will provide Members with reasonable notice via email or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated with each revision.

Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.
